Welcome to the GB İPEK store. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to GB İPEK. GB İPEK operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (“Services”) in order to provide you, the customer, with a carefully curated shopping experience. GB İPEK is powered by Shopify to enable us to provide the Services to you.

Purchased products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that products purchased are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

GB İPEK is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and purchases made through the store are conducted directly between you and GB İPEK.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted between you and GB İPEK, including any damages, losses, or claims related to purchased products or services.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GB İPEK, Shopify, affiliates, employees, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of applicable laws;
- Your misuse of the Services.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 20 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and GB İPEK regarding the use of the Services.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without prior written consent.
GB İPEK may assign or transfer its rights and obligations without notice.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Türkiye.
SECTION 23 – HEADINGS
Section headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of these Terms.
SECTION 24 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website.
Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between GB İPEK (“Seller”) and the Customer (“Buyer”) who places orders through www.gbipek.com.

2. BUYER INFORMATION
The Buyer information shall be based on the name, address, phone number, and e-mail details entered into the system during the order process.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through www.gbipek.com.
4. DATE OF AGREEMENT
The date on which the Buyer places the order shall be considered the effective date of this Agreement.
5. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Order details including product name, quantity, total price, and delivery information are as specified in the approved order form.
6. DELIVERY TERMS
Products shall be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.
Deliveries are carried out through contracted shipping companies.
Shipping fees are specified during checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to extend delivery periods in cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods announced on the website.
Installment payment options are subject to the conditions provided by the relevant bank.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the product without giving any reason.
Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
- Customized or personalized products prepared upon Buyer’s request
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as scarves, shawls, bonnets, accessories) if opened, tried on, or used
- Products whose packaging has been opened or whose resaleability has been lost.
9. RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products must be:
- Undamaged
- Unused
- Untried
- In original packaging

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a damaged, incorrect, or defective product is delivered, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 48 hours.
The Seller will replace or refund the product free of charge.
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the Buyer shall be protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Privacy Policy and shall not be shared with third parties without authorization.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Seller’s jurisdiction shall be authorized.
The Buyer may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees in their own jurisdiction within applicable monetary limits.
13. EFFECTIVENESS
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that by electronically approving this Agreement before completing any purchase through www.gbipek.com, the Agreement shall become effective.
