GB İPEK – SHIPPING POLICY

At GB İPEK, we prioritize delivering your orders safely, quickly, and with great care. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.


1. Shipping Carrier

Your orders are delivered through shipping companies contracted by GB İPEK.
The shipping carrier is selected by GB İPEK depending on the delivery address and operational conditions.


2. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation from our warehouse located at:

Please note that dispatch times may vary during custom production periods, promotional campaigns, or high-demand seasons.

Official holidays and weekends are not considered business days.


3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic deliveries within Türkiye: usually delivered within 1–4 business days
  • International deliveries: usually delivered within 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, city, shipping carrier operations, customs procedures, and weather conditions.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on the order amount and ongoing campaigns.

"For international shipments, shipping is free for orders over 6,000 TL. You can receive your order with no shipping charge. However, any customs duties and fees required under customs regulations will be borne by the buyer."

During certain periods or for orders above a specified amount, free shipping campaigns may apply.

Current shipping fees are clearly displayed during the checkout process.


5. International Shipments

For international orders, shipping fees, delivery times, customs duties, taxes, and additional import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

GB İPEK is not responsible for any customs-related fees, taxes, or delays arising from international shipments.


6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package is damaged, opened, or incomplete, a damage report must be prepared with the shipping courier before accepting the package.

GB İPEK cannot be held responsible for claims regarding packages accepted without an official damage report.


7. Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address information during checkout.

In cases where orders cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


8. Force Majeure

Events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, technical failures, or shipping carrier delays shall be considered force majeure.

In such cases, GB İPEK shall not be held liable for delivery delays.
