RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you received the goods, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

Once the returned goods are received, we will reimburse your payment within a maximum of 30 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any additional fees for this reimbursement.

Return Conditions

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
The goods are in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned
Goods which deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiration date
Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery
Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or valid proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned product is received.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
